Jouen- Fruit tarts

I liked that it was cozy and I talked to En-yi, spent quality with Jeremy for his bday.

Chloe- Cream puffs, Japanese curry, chiffon cake, and minced pork rice

I learned a lotta stuff and played exploding kittens

I liked the hands on experience in making yummy desserts

Caroline- Macarons/Burnt Basque Cheesecake/Chiffon Cake/ Fruit Tarts

Allie is a fantastic instructor! She made the class easy to follow, and we had so much fun for many classes. My favorite part was how she made full use of all the ingredients. One time, We even made tiny macarons with the leftovers, which was such a fun and creative surprise. I wish I could come back soon to learn more bakery techniques! The class itself is great. Very informative and easy to follow. I couldn’t think of any practical suggestions at this moment.

John Su- Fruit Tarts

I liked mixing a bowl of melted butter, and adding powdered sugar to it. There was also a cat in the kitchen. So cute!

Improvements: The peaches did not want to get cut! It fought us all the way.

Jason Su- Fruit Tarts

I liked the individual attention the teacher gave us and then getting good grades, and then EATING the food!

Improvements: Laying out the peaches into the crust :(  I did baaaad. Also: eat ALL the dessert BEFORE dinner!!!!

Improvements: I think maybe receiving a recipe card after the lesson might be nice! That way I can try to make it again at home.

I liked the recipe, the cake is yummy, I can play with Chef Allie other than baking cake, and we can do the custard.

Improvements: Maybe you can put a movable table in the middle of kitchen and let more people join at the same time.

I liked the instructions and the food! the teacher was very friendly and nice, and the instructions were detailed and clear. She's really nice and smart, and amazing at baking! 5/5 and would recommend it for others! The ending product was really yummy, and I learned a lot from this class! Good.

Improvements: Maybe like for the coloring part, split it so that we can make different colored batches.
